Ice Cream Parlor

Stumpo Construction worked with an area franchisee and Carvel corporate to bring this ice cream parlor from a “vanilla shell” to a fully operating tasty treat factory. From the renovation of the existing retail location to the input of the alarm system and assisting with the ice cream machine installation, we helped our client build a popular retail franchise by facilitating a turnkey operation.
